Insulation sheets

The D581 insulation sheets are made by combining mica paper with silicone adhesive. They have excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation properties. Furthermore, they are unique in a way that they cause very little smoke, odor or gas and the expansion of mica at high temperature. We always have boards with various thickness in stock to mass-produce parts in a short period of time. These products have obtained the UL94 V-0 standard, as well as UL thermal index 746B (D581: Electrical properties 750℃, mechanical properties 450℃.)(UL File No.E58537)

Mica plate

Flexible sheet

Flexible sheet is made by combining mica paper with silicone adhesive. It is flexible even in normal temperature, and can be deformed without heating. In addition, this product has obtained the UL94 V-0, UL94-5VA, and can be utilized as fire spread prevention sheet. It can be easily fixed with double-stick tape.

High-voltage resistant sheets

The D461 and MCT-BS high-voltage resistant sheets are made by combining mica paper with epoxy resin. They are also used for bulkhead plates (barrier plates) and rigidity reinforcement boards in high-voltage equipment. They provide excellent electrical insulation even though the board is thin, and is therefore useful for making insulation materials thinner and lighter. MCT-BS has obtained the UL94 V-0 standard.

The Damma 550L thermal insulation sheets are made by combining mica paper with silicone adhesives. These insulators have excellent machinability with electrical insulation, heat resistance, and thermal insulation properties.

Rigidity reinforcement insulation sheet

The D461/D461S rigidity reinforcement insulation sheets are mica sheets developed for the purpose of reducing the weight and reinforcing the rigidity of mechanical components used for laptops. The D461S is a product that has improved the surface smoothness of D461.

Heat resistant insulation mica pipe

Heat-resistant insulation pipe is made by combining mica paper with silicone adhesive, and shaped in pipe forms. Provided as a set with Damma washer for bolt insulation, it is used as insulation collar material in high-frequency induction furnaces, arc furnaces, and other plant equipment due to its excellent insulation properties in high-temperature environments. The inner diameter, outer diameter and length of this product can be customized according to the user’s specification.
